On February 26, 2026, Jonathan joined Jihan Merlin and Patricia Hansen for a presentation entitled “Demystifying USCIS: An "AMA" session with Jonathan Micale on the H-1B Wage Level Rule.” Jonathan discussed how global mobility professionals and attorneys should ensure compliance with the new H-1B rule.
On January 29, 2026, Jonathan participated in the Lawfully Data Immigration Summit with co-hosts Finn Reynolds from Lawfully, Doug Rand, former Senior Advisor to the USCIS Director, and Michael Valverde, former Associate Director of Field Operations at USCIS.
